If i had my period last month and im discharging a light brown color and had unprotected sex a few days ago, does this mean im pregnant or menstrating?

Health Class: Brown discharge is blood. It usually represents a period, or trauma or infection of the cervix. It does not in any way represent being pregnant or not being pregnant. Remember, it takes one to five days after sex for a fetus to be conceived and then fourteen days after that before a mother's body knows it is pregnant given that the fetus is not physically or chemically connected to the mother.
