If you had a normal: period and no further sexual activity - then you shouldn't be pregnant. But if uncertain about what the bleeding was due to - take a pregnancy test. The brown discharge is likely old blood being cleaned from the uterus. This may occur with imbalance of estrogen & progesterone.
