Here are some ...: If your testicular ache/pain has been highly variable in its onset, degree, duration, and interval without documented epididymitis, I would concern about possible intermittent testicular torsion with spontaneous detorsion, which requires surgery to fix testicles. So, collect and bring those to see Urologist for analysis, physicals, possible tests, etc. timely. Age 16 is the prime time for such.
