Rather unlikely: Muscle twitching isn't usually associated with multiple sclerosis, and more likely would represent a problem with your thyroid, or a medication reaction, or even issues with metabolic imbalance. Less likely for your age, muscle, nerve, and motor neuron issues. You might possibly have benign fasciculations. See a neurologist and get this diagnosed;
