If you are about 3 weeks pregnant your baby is really tiny and stomach don't get big yet right?

That's right: At 3 weeks of pregnancy, the baby embryo is so small it's not recognizable as a baby. The embryo can be a few days to a week and a half old, at 3 weeks of pregnancy, depending on the woman's usual menstrual cycle length. That means if her stomach is big, she should look for another reason why.
