No: if we all took MRI's 3/4 of us would find nonspecific begnin changes. Do not worry about it. Instead get treated for your anxiety.

Probably not: This is a fairly common aging related finding, usually nothing to worry about. It's significance, if any, can be assessed by your doctor in the context of your entire clinical picture. Possibly follow up MRI in 6 months or so to confirm stability.

Do not worry: As we get older, we start to show signs of microvascular angiopathy (hardening of arteries), but the white matter lesions may be result of hypertension, smoking, prior head injuries, etc, and are seen in most people at some point. Not a cause for your anxiety
