Greetings i wonder if you please can help me identify the itchy dots on my penis? i've been tested for fungi and herpes with negative results.

Itchy penile rash: An itchy rash on the penis could be a contact allergy of some kind. I wonder if u have any "exposures" such as to condoms, soaps, new detergents, lotions etc? Herpes is painful usually so I doubt it's that. Any new sex partners? It still could be fungus despite a neg test--since that area can be moist it's a good environment for them to grow. If u can provide any more history that would help.

Probably normal: A ring of tiny bumps around head of penis is perfectly normal & possibly more noticeable after sex. These are sometimes referred to as "pearly penile papules" . Alternative would be to send a picture to our secure website for us to review. Good luck.
