Common problem: The first step is to be evaluated by an eye doctor to make sure you don't have any retinal problems that may have resulted in bleeding. Assuming that it is a pvd, you may have a floater in the center of your vision. It's annoying and can take 6 months or more to move out of the way, but there isn't much you can do about it. Fortunately, it's not dangerous.
