Ringing/fullness in ears, spinning sensation, blurry vision. what is this? what's my treatment options?

Vertigo: Most commonly this is caused by inner ear or sinus infection. You can take OTC dramamine (dimenhydrinate) (meclizine) to help the symptoms but you should be evaluated to make sure there are no other potential causes for the vertigo like artery blockage or brain disorder.
