Difficult to say: Without getting more information and seeing the rash, it's difficult to say what it could be. Most rashes are not emergencies & get better on their own without treatment. If they came on suddenly & itch, it could be from insect bites. If they get bigger, redder, warm, painful to touch or drain those are signs of infection. If it doesn't get better in 2 day or if it worsens, see your child's Dr.
