Abdominal pain: This may or may not be related to the Amoxicillin or the Ibuprofen (which can cause gastric irritation). The abdominal pain needs a new and thorough evaluation, perhaps for Helicobacter infection or other ongoing issues. You might want to consult with a GI doctor.
