I am taking amoxicillin (2000 mg) and clathromycin (1000 mg) per day for h pylori. i am having minor to moderate level stomach pain. are there any serious consequences of this or i should continue and take these for remaining 8 out of total 14 days?

Pain: 8 percent of people who take Clarithromycin will have stomach pain. It is a macrolide antibiotic and a cousin of erythomycin and common for this medication. You are also being treated for a stomach problem. If no vomiting and if symptoms not severe you should try to finish treatment. You can call your provider if too intolerant. There are other choices.
