A member asked:

Is it common to get gastrointestinal pains from quitting diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's possible...: ....But unlikely, unless you quit a healthy diet and started eating an unhealthy one. Unless you are specifically sensitive to something you are eating, or you are eating something to excess, it's unlikely that good, fresh, healthy food is going to cause abdominal pain.
