Yes: There is commonly a "secondary" estrogen surge during the luteal phase produced by the corpus luteum, although Progesterone is the larger surge during this time. This secondary estrogen phase is responsible for the one to two days of "fertile" cervical secretions and lower basal body temperatures and this tends to occur several days after ovulation.
