How to get skinny with eating dorm food programs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stick to Fresh Food: Try to stick to fresh food, vs. Heavily processed foods. I know that's tough in a dormitory cafeteria/eating facility (believe me, i've been there), but stick to veggies, "plain and simple" meat dishes and whole grain foods. Avoid the flavored milks, soda, white breads/pastas and dessert (except on special occasions). The biggest culprit in gaining weight in college is snacking in your room!
