Yes…: The normal range for fetal heart rate (FHR) is 120-160, so 127 is considered normal. However, the FHR alone is insufficient in determining the wellbeing of a fetus. In general, a moving baby is a healthy baby. There are other tests to see if the fetus is doing well such as a non-stress test (NST).
