Autonomic problem?: Overall sounds like an autonomic spell of some sort with hypotension (not sufficient to pass out, but enough to affect vision). Cardiac arrhythmia also possible. You'll need evaluation by someone local. If autonomic dysfunction (with or without arrhythmia) is the intermediary mechanism for the symptoms you'll still need to know what sets the problem off. Wide range of possible answers.
