Right arm kind of achs/numb ,heart burn?

No: Heart burn will not cause right (or left) arm numbness. This is a nerve (as in neurology) symptom. If it goes away with change in position, then it's a trivial symptom you can ignore. If it persists when you move about, you will need testing done to see why your nerve or nerve root is acting up.
