No real effect: Adrenaline has very little to do with oxygenation of the blood. Its effects are on things like heart rate, blood pressure, constriction of arterial blood vessels. Its only association with oxygenation of the blood is to increase respiratory, heart, and vascular resistance which is needed in shock or severe blood pressure drop situations.
