Not likely: It is not likely that HIV would survive on these surfaces and not countertops, toilet seats, through social kissing, or saliva, tears, or sweat which have all been shown to not be a hospitable environment for the survival of HIV.

Fomites: ...are things (usually inanimate) that hold or transmit disease. The substances you mention all could hold a virus or bacteria long enough for a susceptible person to find it and become exposed-BUT-HIV is a relatively weak virus when out in the world on its own. It dies or is killed rapidly. Hep C and others are very persistent, but need enough to infect, so life isn't so worrisome.
