How long?: Short term, shifting work schedule from day to evening or night is somewhat like jet lag - a disturbance of normal diurnal cycling. Should resolve. If is is persisting then first question: "How do you feel about making the shift?" If you are unhappy about it or felt coerced then could be stress and frustration - which also cause "brain fog".
