Start easy-: FIrst is to change what she drinks. NEVER any sugary drinks. That includes soda, Kool-Aid, fruit juice, juice boxes. NONE, ZERO. She can only drink water or skim milk. It's ok to use flavored water or the flavor enhancers to try and encourage her to drink water. Second thing for now is no seconds at meals. Prepare a plate of food, bring it to table (no eating in front of TV, etc), and that's it.
