See nephrologist: Constant protein and red blood cells in the urine should be explained. A careful exam by an expert in kidney disease (nephrologist) would be reassuring. It may not be serious or it may be related to your kidney infections if, in fact, they were infections. But if you have the red blood cells and protein "all the time" even when your infection is gone, check it out.
