Depends: It all depends where you're starting out. As we age, we lose volume in our faces. For people like that sometimes a little extra weight can actually make you look younger. But we are not talking about gaining 20 lbs. Some of the older hollywood stars often had a "one pound a year after 60" to make your face look younger. Weight gain has to be balanced with healthy living.
