As you say.: Trichomoniasis lives in the urogenital tract. It would be extremely unlikely to find this organism being transmitted from anywhere but there. Therefore, men are not known to transmit infection to other men although women may transmit to other women. As you can imagine it is unlikely that any study will ever be done to try to prove transmission via a pure oral-genital or anal contact.
