Treat the UTI: Taking Azo for the symptoms of a UTI without actually treating the infection itself can be dangerous. Nausea and vomiting are common signs of UTI that has progressed to the kidneys and Azo alone won't help this.

Adverse reaction: You are having an adverse reaction to the medication. Best to not take it and only take antibiotics for the infection.
