Easy bruising: Could see this with a variety of endocrine, liver, kidney or hematologic disease although most patients who complain of this really have nothing wrong. It is reasonable to see someone if you have a persistent problem or it seems to be progressive.

Easy bruising: Thinning blood or even thin skin, can cause you to bruise easily. Aspirin, anticoagulant medications and anti-platelet agents reduce your blood's ability to clot. As a result, bleeding from capillary damage might take longer than usual to stop, which allows enough blood to leak out and cause a bruise. Fish oils and ginko can have similar effects, and steroid creams can thin the blood. Get tested

Could be related: to a number of conditions or just benign. Assume you are asking for yourself and at 22 it is not common to have spontaneous bruising as it would be with trivial trauma on the extremities in someone 60+. I would recommend you consult a physician for an exam.
