Yes : The drug is metabolized by the liver with a half life of 21 hours, meaning 1/2 of the drug in the body is gone every 21 hours. Since Isotretinoin is extremely damaging to a fetus you would not want any drug present when trying to become pregnant. Since it is over 5 months since your last exposure you should be ok now to get pregnant.
