ECG chanegs: An isolated narrow Q wave in lead iii means nothing. Flat t waves across all leads could be significant or not. Conditions that flatten t waves include pericarditis, and sometimes circulation insufficiency. There is no "sigmoid" in your heart. While a "septal bulge" can occur in the heart, it can not be seen on an ecg. Please clarify.
