Headache: Sounds like migraine, is important to drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep. You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen, but if symptoms worsen, change, or fail to improve, should see doctor for further evaluation.

Antihistamines: If you have simple vertigo the treatment is usually a medication called Antivert (meclizine). Since this is really an antihistamine whose side effect tends to help the symptoms, other otc antihistamines may help symptoms. There are, however, other causes/reasons for vertigo which must be ruled out.
