Can be normal: Passage of clots into after a major operations such as a c-section, is not uncommon.This can occur up to several weeks, generally decreasing during that period of time. If the bleeding is persistent and heavy or associated with significant pain, fever, nausea, vomiting or chills, then check with your doctor.
