Go get tested, man!: Getting oral sex very seldom transmits HIV. But if you have to ask, you're worried -- and it's good for anybody who's give an active social life to be able to tell a partner for certain. And being on the receiving end of oral sex can give a guy gonorrhea, syphilis, and a few others.
