Dizziness: Hello, the best treatment to help you feel better would be to get Antivert (meclizine) or Meclizine otc. Talk to your pharmacist about dosing. This medication may make you sleepy which may be a good thing. Rest. Crystals within the balance portion of your inner ear are often misplaced causing dizziness. Abnormal inner ear pressure and yes even a virus can be the cause. See your ENT.
