More than one ? here: You're assuming that the dizziness & fluid retention are "post menopausal symptoms." That might not be the case. Typical menopausal symptoms are hot flashes, night sweats and irritability. It's very rare, but some women never get over these. Your other symptoms MAY be caused by something other than menopause. I strongly urge you get checked up so your issues can be sorted out.
