LASIK or PRK: Your numbers are in the range of what LASIK or PRK can correct. Otherwise you will just need eyeglasses or contacts to improve the vision.

Good luck: No good reason. But when you hit your 40's, you'll be grateful you can read with that eye without glasses. If this nearsightedness was not present when you were younger, then it's cataract.

Depends how much...: If you look closely, you will see almost everyone's face has some asymmetry. It is more prominent in some people than others. Many people have asymmetry in brow height, cheek prominence, jaw line, etc. If it is mild, it is probably normal. If you are concerned about it, bring it up to your doctor for discussion.

Several things: You describe symptoms that can only be honestly assessed by your doctor in his or her office. Only after a thorough evauation will he/she be able to come up with what's wrong and what to do to get you better.
