Erythromelalgia: Difficult to answer the question on HealthTap. Make sure you've been investigated for underlying or assoc. conditions like raynaud's disease, or blood disorders like polycythemia. There are many topical and oral medications that can help. But there is no one treatment and some trial and error may be necessary. Work with a good dermatologist.
