Hole in heart: Two of the commonest congenital heart problems are atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect. They both are 'holes in the heart.' Often they close as the patient ages from birth. If you aren't sure, see your Doctor, likely an echocardiogram will show whether you still have a problem.
