Headache: The answer depends on whether you typically have such headaches. If you do NOT normally have pounding headaches with dizziness that were already cleared by your practitioner, then you need to have these evaluated. Although they sound like they could be migraine, you are older than expected for the first one. Please have your practitioner check this out, right away.
