Ask a lawyer, not Dr: I have no idea. There are lawyers who specialize in disability law, and there may be publicly funded programs where people are available to tell you what your rights are in this circumstance. It may obviously depend on what the results of the drug test were. If you were "under the influence" while at work, that may result in not being able to get any compensation.
