Stuttering: Stuttering can occur in any person regardless of having schizophrenia or not. The basis of the problem is the speed at which the brain processes the production and emission of the words, and if it is delayed, would produce stuttering. I have observed that persons with schizophrenia tend to speak "under their breath" and sometimes it sounds like there are two persons talking at the same time.

NOT REALLY: Their mental problem is advanced that they need hospitalization for the severe attacks of schizophrenia . Stuttering is minor or not a component of the problem.
