A member asked:

What to do if i have a question, if i laser my eye using laser eye surgery, can it be damaged from xrays etc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unrelated: Laser used on the eye is light spectrum and while it can be dangerous, it can be carefully controlled to minimize any damage. X-rays and other sources of high energy radiation do whatever damage they create in a totally different way. These do not sum together so having laser does not sensitize you to other radiation sources. It is always wise to limit any exposure to high energy sources.
