Labral tear: A Kim lesion is a tear between the posterior inferior labrum and glenoid articular cartilage without labral detachment, an incomplete and concealed labral avulsion. It needs to be treated because it can result in permanent posterior instability. Make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for follow up of this.
