May be a hard call: Nobody really knows what lupus is and so for now, it's defined by criteria that involve checklists -- do you have thus-and-so, with enough being a positive diagnosis. The real question is, 'Should I be treated the powerful anti-lupus medications?' This is a decision to be made with your physician. I believe that many more people think they have lupus than actually have it; I may be wrong.
