Reaction: Appears to be a food allergy or sensitivity. Avoid those foods which trigger it. You may find that cow dairy is different than goat dairy or sheep dairy. You may want to be tested by an allergist.

See allergist.: Any airway swelling should be investigated before you have an acute reaction. Ask your PCP to recommend an allergist.
