Medication. : You could buy an over the counter anti fungal cream available at any pharmacy. Corn starch is not recommended for this problem.

Corn starch?: Wow. That is a home remedy I have never heard of. It would not in any way treat a fungal infection. It may help absorb fluid while you are treating the infection and keep the tissue less moist. But you need anti-fungal medication to actually treat the infection.
