Recover from pna: If you were discharged to home you should rest, drink plenty of fluids, and nourishing healthy foods that are tolerated. Sometimes need ibuprofen etc. for fever. If symptoms get worse the should contact physician. Some organisms may not be sensitive to the antibiotics.
