What to do if i have a mild pain with stiffness,vacuum feeling in my right middle abdomen.but it is not appendicitis.?

Nonspecific: Pain from appendicitis classically begins around the belly button, then gradually migrates to the right lower abdomen. It's worse with movement, such as if you were to jump up and down. Typically progresses over 24-48 hours. If this is the case, you should see a doctor asap, even if it means going to an ER.
