Many questions: It would be helpful to know what type of employment is contemplated in Oman, what kind of surgery you had, what, if any, residual issues you have. Finally, as a physician, I don't know why the information needs to be disclosed - it's private and privileged. In the USA, you're protected by HIPAA laws. But I'm not a lawyer so I don't really know.
