Possible in-situ CA: The old philosophy was that if a woman had vaginal bleeding following intercourse there was a good chance she had CA of cervix. When doing a Pap there is a mild form of scraping of the cervix and if rmoval of superficial cells induces any form of bleeding one should consider at least an in-situ lesion and possibly a true malignancy
