Have it looked at: This could be a number of things. I would recommend having a doctor look at this. Depending on how long it has been there and what it looks like it can be anything from an infection, a growth, a cyst, a cancerous growth, clogged glands..... If it gets worse or is associated with spreading redness of the skin then go to the emergency room.
